How will the package ship?
Don’t worry - we always keep it discreet! After all, it’s your business to share (or not). To ensure your privacy, we ship all packages in a plain box with absolutely no product labels of any kind.
Do you sell CBD or Cannabis?
Unfortunately, no - we leave this up to the pros at your local cannabis dispensary. However, once you provide your flower of choice, MISSWEED provides the chic accessories.

When will the delivery arrive if I pre-order?
All orders will ship by May 11th, 2021. Once the order ships, you will receive an email notification with tracking information.

ORDERS & SHIPPING
What's my order status?
To look up the status of your order look at the email notification with tracking information. If you have a missweed.com account, you can log in to view order status and tracking on the My Dashboard page, under recent orders. It typically takes 1-3 business days for an order to ship. If you need further assistance, please email us at email@example.com.
Can I exchange my order?
Unfortunately, we do not accept exchanges at this time. We recommend returning the unwanted items and placing a new order.
Can I make a change to my billing or shipping address before my package ships?
You may change your shipping address after you place an order by contacting the customer service. Typically, we can only accommodate this request the same day the order was placed since we fulfill orders as quickly as possible. If the order has already been processed for shipping, you may not be able to change the address. All address corrections are subject to review and can be declined following a security screening.
How do I cancel my order?
Depending on the status of your order, we may not be able to cancel it. In order to best assist with your request, we recommend reaching out to us via email for immediate assistance. If we are unable to cancel your order, we can always walk you through our easy returns process.
I forgot to add an item to my order. Can I make a change before it ships?
Once your order has been completed, it immediately moves to processing and shipping. To get your order to you as fast as possible, no changes can be made at this stage. Please place a new order on the website for the additional items. Remember, shipping is free over $95.
Why is my order not being delivered in the time estimated?
Shipping estimates are provided by our shipping carriers. We have been advised that some customers may experience delays due to COVID-19 safety protocols.
Do you ship internationally?
For a jetsetter like you? Of course! If you are having difficulty, please contact us immediately at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will look to help you in whatever way we can.
What are the delivery times for international orders?
International delivery times vary. We use UPS, FedEx and DHL to ship international orders. Please allow up to 7 business days for your parcel to reach you. *Due to COVID-19 safety protocols, shipping delays may occur. Please refer to your tracking number for more information.
Do you accept returns on international orders?
As long as the items are in the original packaging, unused and in sellable condition, we will gladly accept returned merchandise. Please note that return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a trusted and reliable shipping carrier that will provide you with tracking information. Duties, custom taxes, brokerage and handling fees cannot be refunded.
What are the shipping costs?
Shipping is free over $95. If your order doesn't qualify for free shipping, the cost would be $20
Why am I being charged additional taxes or fees at checkout?
Our prices do not include taxes and duties. VAT or other applicable taxes based on the country you are shipping to are added once you enter your address at checkout.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
What is the return policy?
We gladly accept returns within 30 days of purchase for a full refund as long as the items are in the original packaging, unused and in sellable condition. Due to federal regulations, we cannot accept any items that once contained cannabis. To see our full policy, click the refund policy.
How do I return a gift?
Gifted items may be returned within 30 days of purchase for store credit as long as the items are in the original packaging, unused and in sellable condition. Please reach out to customer service with the order number to initiate a return.
When will I receive my refund?
Please allow 2-4 days for us to process your returned merchandise after it has been received. We’ll refund the price of the merchandise including any applicable taxes you were charged (excluding shipping fees) upon receiving the return. Depending on your bank, please allow up to two billing cycles for the credit to appear on your statement. For international orders, we are unable to issue refunds for duties, custom taxes, brokerage and/or handling fees that may apply to your order.
